Skyline Logo & Identity
Skyline Real Estate Investment Group was an entrepreneurial start up in need of a sophisticated logo. Using sharp lines and an iconic ‘skyline’ within the S put emphasis in all the right places. Keeping the logo tapered while mixing in a bold and modern outline typeface, left room for these young go-getters to have some fun with their branding and identity.
Not seen often in the real estate investment business, this logo concept gave them everything they needed to disrupt the industry standard.
Beyond just investing
Acting as both the investor and seller for potential investment properties, these marketing concepts allowed Skyline to brand themselves in a competitive way. Brand awareness amongst other realtors, real estate agencies, and potential tenants was a must.
Pushing the importance of branding in the Out of Home space
Beyond marketing focused on buying, selling, and renting homes, Skyline’s other main audience are investors. This concept suggested OOH advertising on box trucks, emphasizing the vehicle (both literally & figuratively) in which potential investors could expand their capital.
