Real Estate Branding & Identity

This new-age real estate company was looking for that “thing” that would make them stand out amongst the flooded market. With a newly branded company, they felt their materials were lackluster in comparison.

As the lead designer and copywriter for the former PostGrad Creative, my job was to add flair to traditional print marketing usually seen in the real estate business.

Our goal was to make a set of materials that reflected the spunk of this company, and equally complemented each other.

With the task in hand, a recruiting/on-boarding book was created for prospective new agents, direct mail pieces were designed to grace the doorsteps of neighborhood buyers and possible sellers, and door hangers for agents to utilize as they went about buying and selling homes as a part of their day-to-day operations as real estate agents.
