Feeling as though company morale needed an EXTRA boost, the task of bringing the organization’s most valued beliefs directly to the office was a welcomed idea.
Being sure to tie in the organization’s branding structure and overwhelming pride in their New Jersey community, using the live, learn, work, and play elements as well as the state in which they serve was a must.
Likewise, our ‘word wall’ was created by pulling together common words used in testimonials from participants, caregivers, staff, and other important stakeholders - giving employees a daily reminder of their impact and inspiration.
This new wing of the building added a separate entrance, which allowed for both fun and useful directional graphics. Using our theme of circles to encompass this element, we were able to point to each meeting room, named after the organization’s three core values.
Leading to the meeting rooms is a long hallway, which we then used to display our purpose statement with eye-catching raised lettering and acrylic images of staff and participants.
Bringing it all together, we once again pulled direct quotes from caregivers and family members and paired them appropriately with one of the three core values. Creating an icon to represent each value (warmth, respect, and expertise), these installations most definitely serve as encouragement during long meetings.
